Series

MILITARY

This series is made of only such a fabrics and hardwares what meet with IR requirements. Known as NIR or IRR product lines. I use only 1000D or 500D Cordura fabrics to make the outer shell of gear. The webbing is always the same color as the fabric. I work with minimized binding tape quantity as it required by soldiers to avoid more injuries in an IED blast. All hardwares are non-reflective or NIR compliant. Hardwares are solid colors but match with the pattern. Stitches are reinforced all the time. Every component is made in USA, UK or Germany and meet with Mil-Spec, MoD.

OUTDOOR

The outdoor series includes the camo patterns, mentioned above, but also can be produced from non-issued, replaced patterns or solid colors. The fabrics of this series are not neccessarely treated by NIR technology for obvious reason. The range of Cordura is wider and includes every possibilities from 1000D to 330D. The webbing is available only in soild colors. For the final finish I often use binding tape, because there is no IED blast hazard for such an application. The gear frequently contain hi-viz or bright colors (mostly backpanels or liners) for field safety. This is a small feature, but can be very handy when the person is in the wilderness during open season. It is also helpful for Search&Rescue teams to spot you easier in survival situation. Also, Hi-Viz liners make the inside of pouches a bit brighter, thus it's easier to find small items in 'em. Hardwares likewise the main fabrics are not always NIR compliant and I use more black than military shades. Every component is made in USA, UK or Germany.

TACTICAL

The tactical series is made of 1000D or 500D Cordura just like the Miltary line, but these items are available only in solid colors. The components are not meet with NIR compliant, but I can use such a fabrics and hardwares for special request. The webbing, hardwares and soft goods are also in solid colors. Mostly they are the same color as the fabric, but I often use black as well to give a more aggressive look to the gear. Application of binding tape is more common on these products than in military series. Stitches can be reinforced for special request. Every component is made in USA, UK or Germany.
